1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your VeCases purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the case must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@vecases.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, carefully repackage the item(s) and ship them back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. No restocking fee is applied for standard returns.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your case for a different model or design, please mention your preference when contacting us. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vecases.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be processed.
6. Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: cases that show signs of use or damage, sale or discounted items, and any item not in its original packaging. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
7. Return Address
Please contact us at support@vecases.com before sending any return. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request is approved.
8. Policy Updates
VeCases reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. By placing an order, you agree to the most current version of this policy.
