Overview

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase of WP AI SEO, we are unable to offer you a full refund. As WP AI SEO is a digital software product, we encourage you to review all features and documentation before completing your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have violated our Terms and Conditions, and the issue must be directly related to a defect or malfunction in the plugin that our support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins not listed in our supported integrations
  • Issues caused by your hosting environment or server configuration
  • Failure to read the documentation or setup instructions before purchase
  • API costs charged by third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed by our team, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment method statement.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Promotional or discounted purchases

Purchases made during a promotional sale or with a discount code are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular purchases, provided the request is made within the 14-day refund window.

License Cancellation

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. Your license will remain active until the end of the paid period.

API Costs

WP AI SEO connects to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and others using your own API keys. We have no control over the costs charged by these providers, and we are not responsible for any API usage fees incurred through your use of WP AI SEO. Please review the pricing policies of your chosen AI provider before use.
